Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 10 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In cases where we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend allowing additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipping your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

The Royal Chance LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This includes tariffs, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

Damages

The Royal Chance LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before initiating a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At present, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
