Creative Direction

Leads the visual and conceptual identity of The Royal Chance. Responsible for translating brand philosophy into cohesive campaigns, collections, and storytelling across all platforms. Oversees creative execution, ensures consistency, and protects the long-term vision of the house.

Ideal Profile: Strategic thinker, culturally fluent, disciplined taste, strong leadership instincts.

Fashion Design

Designs apparel that reflects identity, intention, and longevity. Works from concept through production, collaborating closely with creative direction to ensure each piece aligns with brand standards and chapter themes.

Ideal Profile: Strong technical knowledge, fabric awareness, restraint in design, appreciation for timeless silhouettes.

Graphic Design

Creates visual assets that uphold the brand’s aesthetic across digital, print, and product applications. Supports campaigns, packaging, web visuals, and marketing materials with clarity and consistency.

Ideal Profile: Detail-oriented, minimal yet expressive style, strong typography and layout sensibility.

Video & Content Creation

Develops visual content that communicates mood, message, and movement. Responsible for short-form and long-form video, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and campaign documentation.

Marketing Strategy

Plans and executes brand growth initiatives with intention. Oversees campaign rollouts, audience positioning, partnerships, and performance tracking—always prioritizing brand integrity over short-term reach.

Social Media Management

Manages daily brand presence across platforms. Curates content, maintains tone, engages community, and ensures the brand speaks with clarity and restraint—never noise.

Influencer & Ambassador Management

Builds and manages relationships with individuals who align with the brand’s values and image. Focuses on authenticity, long-term alignment, and cultural credibility rather than follower counts.

Customer Service

Represents the brand through professionalism, respect, and care. Handles customer inquiries, order support, and issue resolution with patience and accountability—treating every interaction as a reflection of the house.

Website Manager

Oversees the functionality, organization, and presentation of theroyalchance.com. Manages updates, product uploads, site performance, and user experience to ensure the digital storefront reflects the brand’s standards.
